Overall, this was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge relief after a long and difficult day. There were a few small issues — only small towels were provided, and all soap and shower gel dispensers were empty. We could have asked the staff for replacements, but we were completely exhausted after being forced to move from one hotel to another. In both previous places, although our bookings clearly stated accommodation for three people, we arrived to find that there was simply no bed or linen for the third person. By the time we got here, we just wanted to rest. The young man at the reception was incredibly kind and helpful — he even offered us a parking spot, explained where we could find snacks nearby, and was genuinely shocked and sympathetic when we told him what had happened. We really appreciated his attitude and support. With just a little more attention to basic supplies, this stay would have been perfect. But overall, it was a much-needed moment of peace after a stressful journey.

It is a budget hotel conveniently located next to Hannover's bus/coach station and a very short walk from the main railway station. The rooms have opening windows, airconditioning, TV, beds, an ensuite toilet and a shower enclosure. it doesn't have all the facilities of a posh hotel, but what was provided was clean and in good order. It was perfectly good for an overnight stay.

Fantastic hotel, located 15 minutes walk from Hanover center. Close to many bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The room is big and clean, the bed is very comfortable, Wifi connection is very good, and the room has a very nice and clean bathroom. The staff were very communicative and nice, super friendly, and were always attentive and asked if I needed any help with anything. I will come back to the hotel for sure when I am back to Hanover.

The location is a perfect spot for exploring the city. You're just 2 minutes away from the train station, and it's great for dining and transportation.
